Virginia Beach MLS Listings By High SchoolOne of the more frequently requested school districts, based on our clients’ preferences, is the Frank W. Cox High School district in the East / North East section of Virginia Beach. On many occasions, our clients have requested single family homes in this area, only to be disappointed – there simply is not a large inventory of homes for sale in the lower price brackets.

That being said, there are a few single family homes in the Cox school district under $300,000 – a total of 10 listings as of this date and time, and two are in the low $200,000′s.
